# Invoices

We provide invoices for all customers with an active subscription.   
 You can find monthly/yearly invoices (depending on the subscription) in the member area under [Billing](https://testingbot.com/members/invoices).

Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF from the Invoices table.

If you are a sub-account in a team account, you will not be able to see the invoices. Only parent accounts or standalone accounts can see invoices.

## Changing Billing Details

To change your billing details (Company name, address, VAT number, ...) please go to [Account Settings](https://testingbot.com/members/user/edit) and update the fields on the Profile tab.

When you update your billing details, future invoices will reflect the new information. Re-download the invoice from the Billing page to get the updated copy.

## VAT number

If your company is located in Europe, please provide your VAT number on the Profile tab of your [Account Settings](https://testingbot.com/members/user/edit).
