Do I need a credit card to register?
No, you do not need a credit card. Our 14-day free plan lets you try the service without paying anything. When you are ready to upgrade you can pay by credit card or wire transfer.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel mid-month you will be charged for that month.

What is a parallel test?
Parallel tests are how many tests you can run at the same time. More parallel tests means a shorter total test run. Use our Parallel Test Calculator to estimate the right number for your suite.

Do you have a free open-source plan?
Yes, open-source projects can apply for a free TestingBot plan. Sign up for our open-source plan.

What happens if I exceed my monthly testing time?
Once you reach your monthly testing time you can no longer run tests until your next billing month, or you can upgrade to a larger plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and wire transfers. EU customers also have access to additional payment options. Contact us for wire transfer.

Can I get a private cloud or on-prem deployment?
Our Enterprise plan supports private cloud. We do not yet support on-premise deployments. See enterprise features or contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer high-volume packages?
Yes, for very large test suites we offer custom high-volume packages with discounted per-minute rates. Contact us with your expected monthly volume.
