Cancel Subscription

You can stop your subscription at any time.

Go to Billing in the member area and click the Cancel Subscription button under "Manage your Subscription". Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period — you keep access to all features until then.

Customers who subscribed through AWS Marketplace should cancel through their AWS Marketplace subscription page.
