We accept the following payment options:
- Credit card: handled securely by Stripe
- PayPal: available through Stripe
- Wire transfer and purchase orders: for annual and enterprise plans
- EU local methods: SEPA Direct Debit and iDEAL, through Stripe
- AWS Marketplace: buy through your existing AWS account
TestingBot is PCI compliant. Please view our SAQ A.
Credit Card
Billing occurs as a subscription and is handled by Stripe.com. PayPal and EU local methods such as SEPA Direct Debit and iDEAL are also processed through Stripe.
All payments happen on a HTTPS secured page.
Your payment data is never stored or logged on our website.
AWS Marketplace
TestingBot is available on the AWS Marketplace. This is a convenient option for teams that already buy through AWS and want testing on the same bill.
- Pay through your existing AWS account, with no new vendor to set up
- One consolidated AWS invoice for your finance team
- Faster procurement, since AWS is already an approved vendor
For custom or multi-year terms, contact us to arrange an offer through the Marketplace.
Wire Transfer and Purchase Orders
For annual and enterprise plans we also accept wire transfer and purchase orders. Contact us for bank details and to arrange payment.
Invoices and VAT
Invoices for your subscription are available in your account billing section. See the Invoices page for how to add your company details and VAT number.
Customers in the EU are charged VAT at checkout. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID are reverse charged and pay no VAT. Belgian businesses are charged Belgian VAT.
